Thaipioka is a cocktail bar on Soi Thonglor 1 inside The Salil Hotel, entered through an unmarked door into a dimly lit room with plants and a long wooden bar. The menu leans on local, seasonal fruit and Thai flavors such as coconut, pineapple, Thai tea, mangosteen, pandan and black sesame. Charnchai Rodbamrung, credited with the bar, was named best bartender in Thailand after winning Diageo World Class in 2013.
